Spent almost a week in Florida for the American Black Film Festival. I had a great time with my friends old and new! We are planning to return next summer for our annual trip.
I think I only went for drinks at Wet Willies twice? If you haven't been, Wet Willies is a spot on Ocean Drive in South Beach with a full selection of icy, overproof alcohol slushie drinks. A casual bar that people stop by before and after they hit the beach.
Mansion nightclub at 3am...
I ran into one of my best friends from college, who was in town for another college friend's wedding. Love her! She lives and works in DC and I hadn't seen her in about 6 years!
Overall, a magical trip. I'm pooped!
